Imagine

The process begins with an Instructor or Dean who imagines how much richer their programs would be by adding an experiential learning component to catalyze the knowledge provided to learners through the other components of the course.

Meet

Most institutions we encounter have already completed the hardest part of the process: defining course learning objectives, developing a syllabus, and selecting the content. During the Kick-Off Meeting, Toolwire’s instructional designers meet with Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) to gather this essential information and begin the brainstorming process.

Ideate

We love a good story - as much or even more than most. Between Toolwire’s experienced instructional designers and your team, we come up with an engaging storyline that can be combined with your course readings.

Map

This is where Toolwire’s extensive Instructional Design experience pays off. We map your course objectives to the storyline and begin generating options for embedding “Natural Assessments”.

Film

The LearningStudio Team's ability to transform content and storyboards into media rich immersive environments is another area in which our deep experience comes into play.

Produce

During the Production stage, the LearningStudio Team brings all the pieces together in a way that brings learning to life.

Approve

During the Co-Creation process, Toolwire engages with Higher Education institutions and corporate training departments for feedback/approval of the Toolwire Assignment Map (TAM), Flowchart, Storyboard, Alpha, Beta, and Final product. Toolwire’s experience enables these to be efficient but valuable opportunities for idea exchange.
