A Common Goal

Toolwire shares a common goal with all of its customers: providing students with the best possible learning experience.

Learner Advocacy: Owning the User Experience

Toolwire created the Learner Advocacy Team with one goal in mind:

To own and advocate for every aspect of the learner experience.

The Learner Advocacy Team (LA Team) facilitates the vital communication between customers (administrators, faculty, and students) and those at Toolwire responsible for supporting, developing, testing, and enhancing our products and services on a continual basis.

Optimizing Our Products to Assist Learning

The LA Team also monitors usability, how the learning solution allows learners to complete specific goals efficiently, effectively, and with a high degree of satisfaction. Toolwire has developed a comprehensive usability model to test its learning environments and has actively invested in understanding the evolving science of usability.

Seamless User Experience

Our aim is for all users to enjoy a seamless end-to-end experience. In order to achieve this, the Learner Advocacy Team has developed a best practice approach for testing, analyzing, and improving all aspects of the learner experience through an iterative process.

“Do Whatever it Takes” Approach to Serving Customers

When it comes to working together with our customers, Toolwire’s “do whatever it takes” attitude has always been at the foundation of our success. The Learner Advocacy Team is the guardian of this spirit.

Providing Access for All

Toolwire takes great care to design learning technologies that are accessible by all users. Our products are being extended to exceed the accessibility requirements as specified by the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities. The LA Team keeps product development up-to-date on legislative requirements and is available to provide guidance to our customers and their learners on assistive technologies.
