| Job Duties: | Establish, implement & maintain global OEM & partner channels for distribution of blended learning solutions, include sales revenue generation. Maintain direct relationships w/senior mgmt at key accounts to generate timely channel sales forecasts for budgeting & quotas. Provide 2-way conduit facilitating input into & ongoing support for standardized curriculum development, delivery, sales & support processes to ensure consistency, quality, and satisfaction throughout the learning experience. Ensure effective communications & tight alignment w/customer needs & product development requirements. Annual business planning, partner reviews, channel evolution, staffing & skills development. Selection & deployment of appropriate blended learning technologies & ensure availability for use & integration by technology customers. |
| Requirements: | BA in Business Administration or equiv work experience + 5 years experience in global education business unit mgmt, high-tech global training channel mgmt, advanced learning infrastructure & learning content strategy, developing e-learning & blended learning implementations. |
